INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE SHIPPING.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
- You can waive the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the merchandise.
- If you want to make a return, please contact by email selegnajuguetes@yahoo.es, will need to provide your name, number and date of order, and bank account information if you bought it for transfer, or other data to make repayment.
- Note that for returning the product, it must be in perfect condition in its original packaging and without des seal or used, and shipped prepaid. The shipping and returns will be at customer account.

- Remember to have 7-day statutory period from the date of receipt of the product to return it.
